Terra Firme is a working potato farm on Madeira Island. We grow on our own land, harvest to order, and sell direct, with no cold chain and no wholesaler between us and you.

Madeira grows a fraction of the potatoes it consumes. Most of what reaches supermarket shelves came from the mainland or further, spending days in transit before it reaches a Funchal kitchen. We pick within the week you buy.

We sell at Mercado dos Lavradores in Funchal, direct from the farm gate, and through weekly standing orders for restaurants and frutarias.
